‘Barbequed Shrimp’ – a new orleans favorite

Many dishes are ‘New Orleans Favorites’, but this dish of hot barbequed shrimp is one of the best. At Pascal Manale’s approximate 60 years ago they created their famous (and secret) barbequed shrimp recipe – and it doesn’t have an ounce of traditional barbeque sauce, nor is it cooked on the grill. Delicious! Just try it once and you’ll keep going back for more!
